A transformational executive leader with more than twenty-five years of professional experience in management, organizational development, building strategic plans, and developing leadership in the public and private sectors and in multiple sectors. He held several executive positions, during which he led more than one company in the private sector, in addition to several board memberships in various sectors.
He also has professional experience in the digital transformation sector, where he headed one of the largest companies in the health information technology sector, in addition to his work on several specialized advisory committees. He also led several field teams, implementing various development initiatives through the administrative change mechanism. He also established his own company, MYSAN Management Consulting, in 2014, specializing in change management, transformation, and restructuring. He is a speaker and the author of 10 best-selling books. He built a superior reputation in human capital and social development.
